To ensure that being a Downtown Eugene Merchants member is easy and accessible to all business owners downtown, we’ve moved our membership management online! Your DEM membership will now be managed at downtowneugene.com by clicking “Member Login” in the bottom right corner. You can also simply bookmark this link.
Here in 2024, as everyone comes up for renewal, we’re making two other changes to DEM membership
- Membership will now renew every year at $200/year, maintaining the current price but spread out annually
- Signup will be for a rolling year, rather than pro-rated
Access for Existing Members
Already a member of Downtown Eugene Merchants but need to get started with your online account?
- Visit https://www.downtowneugene.com/membership-account/. You should be brought to a login form.
- Click “Lost Password?”
- Enter the email address for your membership and click “Get New Password”. This is likely the email address that gets Downtown Eugene Merchants emails!
- Follow the instructions in the email you receive to set a password
- Go back to https://www.downtowneugene.com/membership-account/. If necessary, you may need to log in with the email address above and the password you just set
Important information about your renewals
For existing members, when you log in, you’ll see your existing membership and your expiration date in your online account. As part of the import process, we were able to retain your membership information, but we were not able to set it up for renewal. Instead, sometime between now and your current expiration date, you’ll want to restart membership by visiting the membership signup page here.
- Checking out will start a “new” membership. Your existing membership cannot be renewed via the website.
- The new membership will begin immediately and will be good for one year. It will not take into consideration the existing expiration date.
And you should see your membership! You’ll be reminded via email each year when renewal is necessary, and payment can be made online. If you anticipate paying by check in the future, details on that can be found here. Future updates will allow you to configure auto renewal and renew early.
