Who does the graffiti removal?

DEI

The DEI Guides (Red Caps) perform graffiti removal services on private properties on Wednesdays, weather permitting. The Guides have primer, and will gladly cover the primer with owner-supplied paint to match the building. Painting is only done from street level.

HUCKLEBERRY PATROL

The City of Eugene Huckleberry Patrol is a volunteer-based program. Volunteers donate several hours a week during warmer months, covering graffiti on public and private properties. The Huckleberry Patrol has primer, and will gladly cover the primer with owner-supplied paint to match the building. Painting is only done from street level.
