Classical on Broadway

Showcasing the versatility of the reed quintet, this concert features the music of Amadeus Mozart, Edvard Grieg, George Gershwin and Jeff Scott.
Formed in the winter of 2023, nonesuch. is a young group that is hitting the ground running. Composed of current and former University of Oregon students, nonesuch. has a busy year ahead of them, are projecting to have 40 performances and a studio album of newly commissioned works in their first full season.
With the support of our patrons, nonesuch. is able to curate educational programs for the future musicians of the Pacific Northwest. We hope to instil the joy of music in our young audience through workshops and engaging programming.
Apart from collaborating with local artists in the Pacific Northwest, nonesuch. is establishing an international presence by working with international composers. Through performances, newly commissioned works and educational programs, nonesuch. is an active member of the ever growing international community of the reed quintet.
