City of Eugene Operated Parking
Currently, the city offers metered parking and garage parking.
Street Parking
Metered street parking operates from 7:00AM – 6:00PM, Monday through Saturday. All meters are free after 6:00PM and on Sundays. Meters in the downtown core accept credit cards.
Parking Garages
Weekday Hourly Rate: $1/hr, Monday through Friday, 7am – 6pm
First Hour: Free at the Parcade and Overpark
Weekday All-Day Rate: $8
After 6pm: Free!
Weekends: Free!
Event pricing at some garages may apply.
Get to the Parcade
The Parcade parking garage is located at the intersection of 8th and Willamette. Click here for directions, or:
From Coburg Road / Ferry Street Bridge: Coming off of Ferry Street Bridge, turn right onto 8th St just before Whole Foods. Enter the garage on your right-hand side, just after Willamette.
From 7th St: A parking garage entrance is on your right-hand side, just before Willamette.
From south of 7th: Come into downtown north on Willamette and turn left onto 8th St. Enter the garage on your right-hand side almost immediately.
From East Eugene / Franklin: Continue onto Broadway from Franklin. Turn right onto Willamette at Kesey Square, and then left onto 8th. Enter the garage on your right-hand side almost immediately.
Getting to the Overpark
Overpark can be entered off of Oak Street, which is a north-bound one-way, between Broadway and 10th Street. Click here for directions, or:
From Coburg Road / Ferry Street Bridge: Turn right onto Broadway after Whole Foods. Take a left onto Pearl, then right onto 10th, and then another right into the far lane on Oak. Enter the garage on your left-hand side.
From 7th St: Turn right onto Pearl, right onto 10th, and then right once more into the far lane on Oak. Enter the garage on your left-hand side.
From south of 7th: Come into downtown on Oak. The parking garage entrance is on your left-hand side after 10th St.
From East Eugene / Franklin: Continue onto Broadway from Franklin. Take a left onto Pearl, then right onto 10th, and then another right into the far lane on Oak. Enter the garage on your left-hand side.
Parking Validation
Shopping or dining downtown? Some merchants offer parking validation for the Parcade and Overpark garages. And as always, the first hour is free in the garages!
Ride Sharing
Uber & Lyft operate in the Eugene/Springfield area. Use the companies’ apps to get to and from Downtown Eugene.

Transit Downtown
Lane Transit District’s primary station is in downtown Eugene. Upwards of 20 routes, both fixed route and EmX service, serve the downtown core and extend to the greater Eugene/Springfield area.
The Customer Service Center at 1080 Willamette Street is open from 7:00AM to 7:00PM to assist riders with route planning, service essentials, transportation connections, and fare purchases. Day passes ($3.50), monthly passes ($50), and 10-Ride Ticket Books ($16) can be purchased here. Single rides ($1.75) and day passes can also be purchased on any fixed route bus. The Emx Stations are equipped with a ticket vending machine for riders. Adults over 65 and children under 5 ride for free.

Peacehealth Rides Bike Share
PeaceHealth Rides is a network of bike share stations, where users can pick up and drop off bicycles for one-way trips across the city. These bikes are equipped with GPS tracking and built-in safety features so you can roll with confidence. With ten stations in the downtown core, Peacehealth Rides is a great way to get to and from your destinations quickly. Per trip and per month rates are available. Rides are available by-the-minute or on a monthly plan. Users must sign up on the website prior to using the system.
Download the Peacehealth Rides app on Android or iPhone for an enhanced user experience. The app is not necessary to ride, but offers the following features:
