Thank you to everyone who came out for Halloween Downtown, an incredible event put on by the City of Eugene’s Cultural Services team.
This event wouldn’t be possible if not for the incredible downtown businesses who contributed prizes and open their doors for eager trick-or-treaters. Prize baskets included:
