Ambrosia’s next wine dinner will feature wines from L’Ecole N° 41 Winery on Monday, July 15, 2024, at 5:30pm with a five-course dinner prepared by Guest Chef Jason Boyer supported by Ambrosia Kitchen Manager Eston Blackerby.
L’Ecole N° 41 is a third-generation family-owned, artisan winery located in the historic Frenchtown School depicted on their label. Founded in 1983, they were the third winery established in the Walla Walla Valley and have become one of the most prominent and visible wineries in the area with national and international distribution.
Their focus is to produce ultra-premium, distinctive wines that reflect the unmistakable typicity of Washington State and the unique terroir of the Walla Walla Valley. Each bottle is handcrafted with a commitment to quality in the vineyards and the winery. More than four decades of winemaking experience, ongoing investments in their Walla Walla Estate Ferguson and Seven Hills Vineyards, and long-term relationships with many of the most prominent vineyards in Washington State are central to their well-known reputation for quality and consistency across their wine portfolio.
The presenter, Anne Wallace Cox, is the National Sales Manager West for Ecole N° 41 and has 19 years of experience in fine wines. She will provide details on each wine and insights into the winemaking history and style of L’Ecole. She will be supported by George Gulian from Galaxy Wine Distributors, who locally distributes for L’Ecole.
