Downtown Eugene Merchants Meeting Featuring Downtown Incident Commander Ray Brown And Downtown Facilities Manager Russell Knute

August’s meeting of Downtown Eugene Merchants will feature a presentation and Q&A with Downtown Incident Commander Ray Brown and Downtown Facilities Manager Russell Knute. We expect an update on the current landscape of public safety and cleanliness resources downtown, and have prepped our presenters with some questions about how to handle various scenarios that come up with regards to public safety, drug use, and camping in Downtown Eugene. There will also be time for you to ask questions.

We’ll also be voting on the ’24-’25 Downtown Eugene Merchants board, so if you are a member of Downtown Eugene Merchants, please be sure to attend and vote. Nominations will be taken from the floor. As a reminder, your current board is:
