Downtown Eugene’s empty storefronts

Downtown Eugene’s empty storefronts become galleries and spaces for artists to demonstrate their craft. Come downtown by foot, car or bike to enjoy a self guided tour of windowfronts transformed into Asian Celebration’s art installations and spaces for artist demonstrations.
The 36th annual Asian Celebration is in the Year of the Ox signifying strength in unity. The City of Eugene Cultural Services and the Asian Council unite this May in celebrating Asian and PacificlslanderHeritage Month. The Asian Celebration has been modified for social distancing and theWindowfront Exhibition features Asian Celebration’s artists, arts and crafts, heritage, history and poetry as cultural touchstones from every corner of the world's largest continent.
Windowfront Exhibitions (WE) showcases local artists and arts organizations, transforms vacant storefronts into works of art, highlights our downtown businesses and offers vibrancy and engagement to the community. We believe that all empty spaces have great potential to be transformed by artists and innovation.
