The Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene seeks statements of qualifications for the redevelopment of a multi-parcel downtown area along West Broadway, between Willamette and Charnelton Streets. The Urban Renewal Agency intends to select a qualified developer or developers with a viable redevelopment concept and the capacity to implement a well designed, urban mixed-use development.

Downtown Zoning
Zoning and land use regulations have a major impact on development in downtown Eugene. Based on direction from the City Council, City Staff members are taking a close look at the zones and regulations for downtown to determine if any changes are needed to better support the desired high quality density of development and intensity of activities in our commercial core.
