The City of Eugene's EasyPark program in Downtown Eugene makes parking easy and convenient. Monday through Friday parking is free for the first hour at theOverpark (10th & Oak) and Parcade (8th & Willamette). All City garages are free on weekends and all downtown City parking including garages and metered spaces, is free after 6:00 p.m. Parking validations, meter keys and parking permits also provide a variety of inexpensive and convenient options to fit your needs. Parking Validations. Downtown visitors can pick up parking validation coupons at participating downtown businesses and receive credit for one hour free parking at any city parking lot with an attendant. Businesses can purchase parking validations for their patrons by contacting Downtown Eugene Inc. Each book of validations is $42.50 and contains 100 hours of parking. Parking Meter Keys. How many times have you found yourself fumbling for change to feed the meter? Well, fumble no more! A parking meter cash key acts like a debit card for downtown parking meters. Meter keys must be purchased directly from Diamond Parking at 1297 High Street in Eugene.

Monthly Parking Permits. Monthly permits can be purchased for up to 12 consecutive months. If you are carpooling with others, you may purchase a rideshare permit at a significant discount.
